Guarantee

We guarantee that your watch has been produced using high-quality materials. Extensive quality controls ensure that the watch has been checked prior to leaving the workshop. Nevertheless, material errors cannot always be completely excluded. If there is an issue with your new watch, please contact our customer service within the warranty period.

We offer a 24-month warranty period on your watch from the date of purchase for all material and manufacturing defects. This manufacturer warranty is granted without prejudice to statutory warranty entitlements. The warranty relates to the function of the movement and proper operation of the watch. The warranty does not cover batteries, wear to the case, glass, or strap, or damage caused by improper use (such as an accident, glass breakage, water damage, or displaced crown). We will resolve manufacturing defects free of charge during the warranty period. If the watch needs to be repaired, it will be replaced by a comparable model. We do not accept liability for incidental or consequential damages.
